SMS Terms of Service

These SMS Terms of Service (“SMS Terms”) govern the text-message program operated by Coshocton Quick Clean (“Coshocton Quick Clean,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By opting in to receive text messages from Coshocton Quick Clean, you agree to these SMS Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Program Name

The program may be identified as the Coshocton Quick Clean SMS Program, Coshocton Quick Clean Text Club, or a similar Coshocton Quick Clean promotional or customer-communications program.

2. Program Description

Participants may receive recurring text messages from Coshocton Quick Clean concerning:

  • Coupons and discounts
  • Special offers
  • Loyalty rewards
  • Laundromat promotions
  • Wash-and-fold promotions
  • Pickup and delivery offers
  • Service announcements
  • Holiday or special-event offers
  • Customer-service communications
  • Pickup, delivery, order, or appointment updates

3. Consent to Receive Messages

Coshocton Quick Clean does not charge a separate fee for participating in the SMS program, but your carrier may charge you for sending or receiving messages.

6. How to Opt Out

You may cancel your participation at any time by replying STOP to any Coshocton Quick Clean text message.

We may also recognize other reasonable opt-out requests, such as:

  • CANCEL
  • END
  • QUIT
  • REVOKE
  • OPT OUT
  • UNSUBSCRIBE

After opting out, you may receive one final message confirming that your request has been processed. No additional promotional text messages will be sent unless you subsequently provide new consent.

Opting out of promotional text messages does not necessarily prevent us from sending individually requested or legally permitted non-promotional communications relating to an active transaction or service.

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.

9. Privacy

We respect your privacy.

Mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in information, and SMS consent records will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

We may provide information to vendors that help us operate the messaging program, including our SMS platform provider, telecommunications providers, hosting providers, and technical-support vendors. Those providers may use the information only to perform services on our behalf.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the SMS program to:

  • Send unlawful, threatening, abusive, or fraudulent communications
  • Interfere with the operation or security of the program
  • Attempt to obtain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Misrepresent your identity or authority to use a telephone number
  • Violate the rights of Coshocton Quick Clean or another person

11. Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the SMS program at any time.

We may also modify these SMS Terms. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Your continued participation after updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated SMS Terms to the extent permitted by law.

12. Disclaimer

The SMS program is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coshocton Quick Clean does not guarantee that messages will be delivered without delays, interruptions, errors, or failures.

Delivery may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier availability, network conditions, device compatibility, and incorrect or outdated mobile-number information.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Coshocton Quick Clean will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in or inability to use the SMS program.

Nothing in these SMS Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

14. Governing Law

These SMS Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute relating to the SMS program will be handled in an appropriate state or federal court with jurisdiction over Coshocton County, Ohio, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
